A wellness consultation is a personalized session focused on evaluating your current health and wellness needs, while gaining a deeper understanding of health coaching principles. In this one-on-one meeting, we will assess key areas of your life, including nutrition, physical activity, stress levels, and emotional well-being, to create a customized plan for achieving optimal health. During this session, we’ll discuss the best course of action to help you get started and determine if we're a good fit to work together. We offer various options to support your wellness journey, and our priority is to ensure a strong partnership that will guide you toward lasting change. Plus, the price of your Wellness Consultation will be applied to a health and wellness coaching package if you choose to move forward with us.
Cancellation Policy
Health Coaching Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our health coaching services! We are committed to supporting your wellness journey and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your session: Booking & Payment: All health coaching sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Packages and individual sessions can be purchased via our website or directly through the provided payment link. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session amount. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you can do so via the booking platform or by contacting us directly. Please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees. We will work with you to find the best alternative time. Late Arrivals: If you are running late for your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to honor the time commitments of all clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply. Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions or packages. However, the value of unused sessions within a package may be applied to other services or rescheduled for future use within 3 months. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
